The delivery information available for the item is subject to change due to issues or unforeseen circumstances arising because of shipping and or manufacturing.

Can I cancel my order?:

  • Refund/Cancellation Policy

    On all pre-orders there will be a $25 charge for cancellation.  This covers the bank and processing fees.

     All cancellations on any order that has not shipped will also be charged a 10% fee, capped at $25.


    • Pre-orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
    • All pre-orders are charged immediately.
    • Pre-orders apply to purchasing furniture only, all accessories and shipping is paid upfront.
    • We offer our absolute best guess as to the arrival of new inventory, but sometimes models can get held up in production, customs, or any other number of situations. Estimated dates are subject to change.

I just placed an order, how long will it take to receive my shipment?
After you place an order, our warehouse can take up to 3 business days to acknowledge your order. Your shipments will then take up to 7-14 business days to be delivered. For freight shipments, the carrier should call you a day in advance to set up a time with you to accept your shipment. Note: Does not apply to buy now pay later & lay-buy orders.

Pay weekly or monthly with zipPay with no down payment and no interest on payments.

ZipPay/ZipMoney who offer up to $5000.

In order for you to use the ZipPay option on our website you would need to register for ZipMoneyhere: https://zipmoney.com.au/login/ (ZipPay and ZipMoney are the same company so if you are a ZipPay customer you should be able to access the ZipMoney option)

Note: Should we be out of stock once your payments have been completed, you will need to wait until the next available shipment.

My shipment was damaged, what should I do?
If your furniture has damages, please take as many pictures as you can and e-mail them to info@theoriginalscrapbox.com.au immediately with the subject line: DAMAGES and a description of the damaged boxes or pieces. Our products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

There are missing parts to my furniture, how do I get new parts?
If you have missing parts please call our office +61 421 553 918. We would advise you to e-mail the information regarding missing pieces to info@theoriginalscrapbox.co.au before calling our office so we can guarantee we have your request in writing.
